Terms of Service

My TOS is set to change at any point I deem necessary, so these terms are not set in stone! Most commissions will be finished within a two week period after they’re ordered depending on where they are in my queue. Comms TOS

  • Refunds not available. (Unless it is an emergency of your safety/wellbeing !)

  • I won't work by deadlines unless you pay +$15 for a rush fee.

  • Credit all art to my Toyhouse or Instagram if using as an icon.

  • I may use my work for advertising/examples. I do not do private commission.

  • If the customer is unsatisfied before payment is confirmed in the sketch phase, they are allowed to cancel the commission. However any discarded sketches may be used for other pieces in the future at my whim for poses.

  • WIPs will be given in case there is a needed change or I have a question.

  • Payment must be sent within 24 hours of confirming the sketch. Failure to pay within 24hrs/backing out will result in a strike.

  • Completion time for your commission will be up to 1-2 months maximum. In case there are any delays such as Mental / Physical Health Issues, Family Issues, or Housing Issues.

Design TOS

  • You must have a Toyhouse to own my designs.

  • Credit design to my Toyhouse or Instagram.

  • I do not allow co-owns.

  • Do not sell my designs for more than purchased unless they have added and tracked worth.

  • You have 72 hrs to reply if I accepted your offer. No reply within 72 hrs will be seen as ghosting and the design won't be held.

  • Chargebacks on adopts/customs without communication will result in an immmediate blacklist.

  • A purchase of commercial rights to the character will always be 200% of original price. (Ex $50 USD+$100 USD) This can be purchased even after owning the design for a long time just please contact me before selling items.

Custom TOS

  • I need to be credited for the original design and original artwork/reference I made.

  • You own the rights to change the design and any aspects of it !! You can also sell it, give it away, use it for personal and commercial purposes (discuss with me), get art commissioned, etc.

  • I will not reference another person's OC/design for a custom UNLESS you received explicit permission from the owner of said OC with proof.

  • Please use the template below when you order a custom design.
